DMCA Takedown Policy

DSP Newsroom (www.dspnewsroom.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, contributors, and content partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), DSP Newsroom has adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, DSP Newsroom will:

  • Review the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate
  • Notify the content provider or user responsible for the material, if applicable

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant

Repeat Infringers

DSP Newsroom reserves the right to terminate access to the site for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable law.
