St. John’s Law Withdraws From US News Rankings Despite Methodology Changes

by John Hensley

U.S. News & World Report announced methodology changes on Monday, but two days later, St. John’s University School of Law announced that it will no longer participate in the rankings.

St. John’s Law is tied at No. 84 and is the 22nd school to pull out of the rankings in less than two months—the first to do so since U.S. News sent letters to law school deans and prospective law students on Monday promising changes in response to the law schools’ boycott.
