Southwestern Law Adds Courses to Prepare Grads for ‘Nuanced Practice Areas’

Southwestern Law School has announced new courses it says are aimed at ensuring law graduates are prepared to enter a broad range of nuanced practice areas.

The “Jury Selection in Civil Cases” course will be taught by trial attorneys Robert Glassman, a 2009 graduate and partner at Panish, Shea, Boyle, Ravipudi, and Daniel Kramer, a 2008 graduate and founder of Kramer Trial Lawyers, who designed an interactive course to teach students the art and science of jury selection—”an often-overlooked but critical part of trial practice,” according to the school’s announcements and the lawyers’ websites.
