Madison Square Garden Owner Doubles Down on Policy to Ban ‘Adverse Attorneys’

Madison Square Garden Entertainment CEO James Dolan appeared on a Fox news program Thursday to rebuke New York officials for their scrutiny of his policy to use facial recognition technology to bar lawyers and law firm employees from his venues if they are involved in premises liability litigation.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Brad Hoylman-Sigal, D-Manhattan, who has introduced a bill to curb the blacklisting of lawyers from entertainment venues, called Dolan’s remarks “a public meltdown.”
