Live Litigation and Out-of-Court Resolutions: Yale Law Interns Experience Both in Records Dispute With HUD

Teams of law students partnering with Yale Law School’s Housing Clinic successfully worked outside of the courtroom to resolve a public records dispute between the Connecticut Fair Housing Center and the federal government, but they weren’t as successful arguing for attorney fees and costs.

So one might say they got the full experience of being a lawyer: you win some, you lose some.
