Plaintiffs lawyers want to strike two objections to a $350 million data breach settlement with T-Mobile, calling the lawyers behind the filings “notorious serial objectors.”
The motions, filed this week, come ahead of a Jan. 20 final approval hearing of the settlement, which provides compensation to a class of 76.6 million T-Mobile customers whose personal information was compromised in a 2021 cyberattack.
