Attorney Prevails Over Former Supervisor-Turned-Client in Dispute Over Contingency Fee

Two licensed Virginia attorneys brought their fight over a contingency fee in a civil litigation case before the Virginia Court of Appeals.

The appeals court upheld a lower court ruling in which attorney Adam J. Deno prevailed over his his former supervisor-turned-client, Stephen Moncriffe.
